We are pleased to offer you two gourmet platters created by renowned chef Laurent Godbout. You will be able to discover his creations that perfectly harmonize with our wines while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Montmorency Falls.

Our gourmet corner will open on Friday, May 3rd, for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Starting June 1st, it will open daily until the end of September.

Discovery platter

  • Beet salt cured salmon gravlax on labheh and pumpkin seeds

  • Spice-crusted half-cooked beef tataki with honey barbecue sauce and tarragon mayonnaise

  • Red beet spaghetti marinated in raspberry vinegar, cranberries and goat cheese
